"Read this letter once a week, try to follow it, and Hashem will help you succeed."

"When a person is busy learning Torah, Hashem will do whatever that person wants, as it says, 'Hashem wants only Torah'." (Avodah Zorah 19A)

The Maharsha explains that Hashem will completely take care of those who learn Torah, even without them doing anything. This is because Hashem pays "measure for measure" - you do what He wants and He does what you want. (Ein Yaakov)
